okay, i'm making a post about Obama's education plan.

well i went on www.BarakObama.com and under education there was 3 bullet points. the first one was no child left behind; which was about how students shouldnt be preparing the whole year for a standardized test, but for college instead. i agree with this because after students do great on the tests, than what? they have a good score but then they are not prepared with other skills that a little nyc test would need. i agree with this but i dont see how it correlates with its title.

the 2nd bullet point was invest in early childhood education, which includes helping states move towards 'universal preschool" and educating children younger. it would also give support to parents and children together. i dont agree with this as it being necessary, because many smart children didnt go to preschool, as well as kindergarten and are very intelegent. also i think of pre school as just a day care for children where they color, play and interact. but now i also agree that pre school would be good for all states because now kindergarten is getting a lot harder than it used to be, now children are learning basic math like adding and subtracting and it is no longer coloring and naptime, so it would be important for children to go to pre school to get the basic building blocks of learning.

the 3rd bullet point was to make college afforable to all americans, which includede that obama and biden will create a new tax credit of $4,000 in exchange for community service. it wouldcover two-thirds the cost of tuition at the average public college or university and make community college tuition free for some students. i think this is good but also but also a pretty bad idea too, because obamas website didnt mention any actual grades so it seems like a d or c student can go clean up some local parks and so to a college for a doscount price. then you have the otherr girl whos been an A+ student her whole life and had to work at a scholarship.

i agree with most of these points to some extent but i t isnt very detailed, and it dosnt mention much about actual grades.
